Metrology is the key discipline for custody transfer metering and IMS is proud to be cofounder and active member of Russian Academy of Metrology. We participate  in the development of state metering standards, including proving and calibration procedures; and take part and carry out field equipment tests. IMS incorporates a number of branch based research and development departments that ensure that our solutions are always a step ahead of existing technologies.

Due to unilateral embargo the main short term objective of IMS Group  is an import substitution in oil and gas industry and manufacturing of corresponding Russian equipment.  For that  reason IMS remains committed to the development of high-tech  production, building modern fabrication facilities for design and manufacturing of innovative products for oil and natural gas measurement.
