OGS has set up a manufacturing facility, Oil & Gas Systems Baltia (OGSB), in Kaliningrad (Russia), an Economic Free Zone on the Baltic coast. This factory joins our existing fabrication shop near Swansea, UK and also operates under ISO 9001:2008, thus ensuring compliance with international quality standards. Our customers include oil, gas and energy producers and international engineering and contracting companies.
OGS is renowned for delivering high quality engineered solutions for critical applications often within short delivery times. Packages are often designed for installation offshore within confined spaces and require a high level of reliability for unmanned site or offshore platform applications. Our dedication to producing an excellent engineered package is supported by an expert team focused on ensuring reliably managed delivery schedules and accurate, timely documentation.

FNC, a full range of fire prevention equipmentFNC was established as Fabbrica Nazionale Cilindri in 1927 as a manufacturer of made to measure mechanical components. For more than 50 years FNC has been manufacturing fire prevention fittings for storage tanks and tank venting accessories.
The range of Flame Arrester and Low Pressure Weight Loaded relief valve is completed by Emergency Vents and Blanketing System. FNC obtained ISO 9000 certification since 1994 and has always paid great attention to quality and to innovation offered by the market in order to enable more rational and efficient production. Since 2003 ATEX certified according directive 94/9/EC. Flame arresters are tested to ISO16852 and certified to ATEX 94/9/EC by indipendent third party Institutes. MissionFNC is a leading, innovative, international supplier of a wide range of venting and fire prevention fittings for low pressure storage tank. We offer our products and services based on our broad and deep knowledge of market developments, product properties, applications product and processing. M&T

M&T M&T has the capabilities to provide the market with high end flow meters for liquid Hydrocarbon measurement. M&T has developed a liquid flow meter range that includes fiscal and custody transfer, pipeline measurement, terminal loading and unloading, allocation metering and many others. Our flow meters are available from 3" up to more than 24" depending on technology type with flow ranges from 15 to more than 4000 m3/hr. Our technical team has concentrated on two different technologies. The first is a turbine meter with special helical rotor type. The excellent performance of this type of meters is now recognized over the world. The second is based on the principle of ultrasonic transit time. This is the most advanced technology for flow measurement in use today. Our unique design combines a multi-beam axially symmetric design with a fast scanning rate and real flow profile compensation thus ensuring that measurement applications from heavy oil to high gas volume fraction streams can all be covered. M&T is an ISO 9001:2008 accredited company for the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of calibrated flow meters for custody transfer measurement in explosive atmospheres. Oil & Gas Measurement Limited (OGM) is M&T's exclusive agent and manufacturer for the UK market. |

Metrology is the key discipline for custody transfer metering and IMS is proud to be cofounder and active member of Russian Academy of Metrology. We participate in the development of state metering standards, including proving and calibration procedures; and take part and carry out field equipment tests. IMS incorporates a number of branch based research and development departments that ensure that our solutions are always a step ahead of existing technologies.
IMS measurement solutions fully comply with Russian and International standards and provide high reliability and effectiveness. For more than 20 years our innovative design approach and continual technical improvement has secured IMS as a leader in the oil, gas and power sectors. During this time, we have built our reputation for quality and cost effective solutions that has formed the foundation for our steady growth.
IMS provides:
Turnkey Solutions all IMS products are designed and manufactured to be used by a customer immediately after installation on site. Our systems are assembled and thoroughly tested before shipment to speed field deployment and commissioning; Standard Products IMS offers its clients field proven cost effective designs for a wide range of applications; Custom Engineering IMS innovative solutions can be tailored to the precise requirements of a Customer, regardless of project’s complexity and process conditions; Calibration for onsite calibration IMS places at customer’s disposal several mobile calibration rigs certified to international standards. For proving IMS uses mobile bi-directional and Compact provers mounted on trucks; Quality IMS equipment has been assessed to the international quality management ISO9001 system standards and meets specific client and project standards; Manufacturing IMS performs engineering services based on own project design documentation or that provided by a Customer; Product Support IMS supplies highly reliable metering and process equipment backed up with factory trained technical support; Commissioning and site services IMS provides a full range of commissioning and startup services; and operates a wide network of regional branches and service centers throughout Russia and the CIS; Aftersales Services a full range of onsite and offsite services are offered including scheduled maintenance, repair, renovation, proving and calibration;

In the period from 1991 to 2015 IMS Group completed more than 900 projects of different complexity for its Russian and foreign Customers.
